How old do I have to be?

The short answer is 18 years old, but minors 16 and up are allowed to get tattooed with the presence and consent of a legal guardian, and minors 15 & up can get pierced with the presence and consent of a legal guardian. If you are under 18, or the guardian of someone under 18, just print our legal consent form and bring it in to the shop with you, where we have a notary on site. Both the minor and guardian must have state-issued photo I.D.'s with them, no exceptions. That's not our rule, that is Kansas State Law, and there are no bending of the rules.
